For over a decade, we’ve supported women and girls throughout Central Florida to breakthrough communication barriers during the teen years. Since forming in 2013, we have served over 1000 families through our events, retreats, and other programs.

We discuss topics that cater to where these women and girls are and we meet them there!

Our mission has grown in so many expansive ways. We not only have impacted teen girls and their moms, but through our recent partnership with Pineapple Healthcare have expanded our mission to women 25+.

Let’s Spill the Tea is a movement that is impacting and shaping young girls, teens, and adult women throughout various stages of their lives.
